Point Integrates with Pricing Vendor By Anthony Garritano PORT WASHINGTON, NY-Realizing the need to enable originators to do more in their core system, SearchMyLoan.com, a provider of loan search and pricing services for the mortgage industry here, is now integrated with Calyx Software's Point product. Through this seamless integration, SearchMyLoan.com provides access to more than 13,000 lender products and programs to Point users. Subscribers can get immediate answers to loan scenarios from their preferred lenders and investors without leaving the loan file in Point. By directly accessing borrower credit information and utilizing the credit analysis tools provided by SearchMyLoan.com within the Calyx Network, loan originators can review multiple loan scenarios to accurately determine a borrower's eligibility. The pricing information enables originators to decide the most appropriate product to offer a borrower. "The integration with SearchMyLoan.com simplifies and speeds up the origination process, allowing loan officers to save time and focus their efforts on serving borrowers and generating more loans," said Keith Kemph, interface national sales manager of Calyx, which is headquartered in San Jose, Calif.
