Bringing Listings To Life By Anthony Garritano A variety of multimedia tools designed to help brokers and agents gain more listings and greatly enhance the web marketing of current homes for sale is now available from a la mode. "In any market, agents are looking for a way to make their listings stand out while also gaining a competitive advantage in listing presentations," said Rusty Lindquist, vice president of broker and agent products for a la mode. "Our new multimedia tools make listings come to life on the web, and raise the bar for the industry." All of the new software enhancements are available at no extra cost to a la mode's Agent XSite and Broker XSite professional level users, including: automatic virtual tour creation where homes with virtual tours receive substantially more views, leads and showing appointments than those without. With little to no effort, this tool quickly creates a virtual tour for any property. Also, it includes custom virtual tour builder, which adds images, video, sound, animation, transition effects, and animated description text that floats over the photos and video for a rich, engaging, end-user experience without the need to pay a third party vendor for these services. Property specific websites so brokers and agents can now offer sellers the added service of registering the home its own specific domain name and/or website are included. This feature can be a significant listing presentation advantage by showing sellers how an agent is going to market their property. Further, unlimited audio and video tours, are set up so XSite users can now create unlimited audio and video tours to describe the property, a specific room, major feature or the neighborhood. Also, HTML-based property description to enable real estate pros to format a property description, add links, images, fonts, and/or javascript to turn stagnant listings into dynamic, multimedia presentations come with the tool. Audio and video podcasting that has been newly enhanced for podcast creation makes it easier than ever to expose audio and video tours to visitors through the application. Marketing features such as XSellerate Marketing Integration make it possible for XSites users to have tighter integration with XSellerate, a la mode's automatic marketing system, allowing agents to market their listings directly from the listing admin. Lastly, there is enhanced listing syndication so XSite users can now syndicate audio and video to a growing number of providers, greatly improving listing exposure throughout the Web.
