Reaching Out To Brokers

By Anthony Garritano

Tony GarritanoIn today's market with volumes shrinking, brokers are looking to become more efficient in order to compete. One way to make this happen is to simplify the process by implementing an effective imaging strategy.

To meet this demand vendors like PushMX Software, Santa Clara, Calif., are staffing up. The automated workflow applications vendor has increased its research and development department by 60% to continue to offer the most advanced systems available to the mortgage industry.

"As the pioneer of workflow and pipeline automation in the mortgage industry, we believe we have a responsibility to provide technology that continually improves how mortgage companies work in order to reach maximum efficiency," said Dean Haritos, chief executive of PushMX in a prepared statement. "Our technology helps originators increase productivity to maximize their profits with less work. And that translates into being able to spend more quality time with their customers and partners in order to build future revenue streams for their businesses."

The expanded R&D team includes some experienced engineers in the technology arena. Members of the group have worked for companies such as Sprint, HP, Finisar Tandem Computers and Quinstreet. Recently, PushMX released Enterprise Reporting, a corporate visibility tool which enables executives to securely access and compare their branches' financial, operational and performance-based reports from anywhere, at any time.

"By employing some of the most accomplished technology professionals in the world, PushMX demonstrates that it is committed to providing the mortgage industry with the most advanced workflow solutions possible," Mr. Haritos said.

The company plans to continue its internal growth as its market share continues to rapidly increase. PushMX technology is seamlessly compatible with Calyx Point and offers managers 24/7 access to pipeline information and the ability to create custom financial and productivity reports along with a completely automated workflow solution.
